The Case for the Ribeye
Our ribeye weighs in at 18 to 22 ounces. That's a big, hearty steak, the kind you order when you skipped lunch on purpose or when you want to take a box home for tomorrow.
The ribeye is for you if:
You came hungry and you mean it.
You like a steak with plenty of richness and flavor.
You'd be happy with steak and eggs for breakfast tomorrow from your leftovers.

The Case for the Filet
Our filet is an 8 ounce cut, and it's the pick for folks who want tender and lean over big and bold. It's a smaller steak, which makes it a nice fit if you want to save room for an appetizer or you just like a dinner that won't send you straight to the couch.
The filet is for you if:
Tenderness matters more to you than size.
You like a leaner steak.
You'd like a dozen oysters or a shared appetizer to start without feeling stuffed.
Can't Decide? Split It

Friday: Crab Night, with fresh crabs at market price, all-crab pasta, or soft shell crab over cream pasta.
